To start a return, contact support@luvcircus.com — a return shipping label and instructions will be provided if accepted. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Non-returnable items include personal care goods, custom products, and gift cards. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
